Dawn Breaks in Forks

Thursday, 31 July 2008 Written by Erik & Cari

It’s time for the latest installment of the Twilight saga. And what better place to buy your copy than in Forks? And it’s even raining, just for atmosphere . . . .
You’ll find us camped out somewhere between the Fern Gallery and Chinook Pharmacy, right there on Forks Avenue in Downtown Forks.

Bring something rainproof and a camera–it’s near-perfect conditions for vampire viewing this weekend. Especially around midnight.

We’re not quite sure what to expect at a Breaking Dawn Midnight Release Party, as we’ve never been to Forks after midnight. So, who plans to make the trek to Forks to snag their copy??? You should call to reserve your copy, just to be safe. See you there!!

my friends and i visited forks the day after Breaking Dawn but it was a sunday and everything was closed, but one really nice lady that worked at Chinook Pharmacy accually tried to open the place so we could get the book, when she couldn't she apparently kept trying to open the store for us and got it open then ran around town looking for us so we could get our book. She was one of the nicest strangers ive ever met.

After reading the Twilight saga, including Breaking Dawn(which could not have been better in any possible way whatsoever!) and reviewing this lovely site I think Forks is a beautiful place and would love nothing more than to someday be able to visit it as well as La Push from way over here in Pennsylvania. I only wish I lived there!

After reading all of Stephenie Meyer books I have come to love Forks, my next trip is heading that way and visiting. I know I am only wishing but wouldn't it be awesome to meet Mr. Right on that trip. Thanks Stephenie for inviting me into your world.

I just finished Breaking Dawn and now I am seriously looking into trying to convince my parents to move to Forks. I am also looking at the high school there. The book really had an effect on my life with choosing where to live and what school i want to do. This book is so much better than the Harry Potter series. By far. The movie is going to be very good. I just hope that when it comes time to do the wolves they make them look right, not like the werewolf in Harry Potter that was horrible.
