Q: Why have I received an email from PayPal saying that my order is being shipped to the wrong address?
A: Typically this issue comes up when your address of record with PayPal is not the same as the "Shipping" address you gave us as part of the check-out process. We ship to the "Shipping" address you entered, which may not be the same as your PayPal address of record. Despite the email you may receive from PayPal, we actually ship to the "Shipping" address you provide us during the check-out process.
Q: Why have I received an email from you saying "Payment Error"?
A: This happens when payment is by eCheck. Our software interprets PayPal's waiting period for checks to clear as an order without a payment, which it views as "payment error." We manually change the notice to "Waiting for eCheque" as soon as possible. There is no error and no need to contact us if you initially receive this notice when paying by eCheck through PayPal. We are just waiting for notification from PayPal that the check has cleared. When that happens, we will ship your order. We are attempting to correct this "glitch" and appreciate your patience!
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: As more fully stated in our Shipping Policies, we are not always able to fill orders as fast as some major online retailers. While we move pretty darn fast, if you really need something for a special occasion, please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery. In most cases, however, you should receive your shipment within 2-3 weeks of placing your order, depending on what we have in stock, the size of your order, your location, etc.
Q: Do you have a Privacy Policy?
A: Yes, the Forks Chamber of Commerce respects your privacy, and will never sell, lease, or rent your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address information to anyone.
