It Doesn't Always Rain In Forks!

Written by Mike Gurling

It doesn't always rain in Forks in the Winter! Sometimes our town gets an occasional snowfall as can be seen at night a little over a week ago. Nothing like Connecticut though...

Commuting in Forks

Written by Erik & Cari

small herd of elk grazing alongside highway 101 near Forks

We see this small herd of elk just about every morning on our way to work. Having endured urban commutes for a number of years, it's hard to complain too much about our typical Forks commute--you often see more elk than traffic!

New Photo Galleries!

Written by Erik & Cari

We’re pleased to announce the return of our “new and improved” photo galleries! The Chamber minions have been toiling mightily to set up new galleries with tons of new Forks and West End photos. We’re not done yet, but feel free to take a peek! We’ve split the galleries into two main sections, cleverly titled the Forks Photo Gallery and the Twilight Photo Gallery. Each leads to further galleries, so check ‘em out! And if you’ve got some cool photos of our area you’re willing to share, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it them to us for possible inclusion in our Visitors’ Photos gallery. Enjoy!

Forks Features Fans’ Photos

Written by Erik & Cari

We get so many interesting photographs from our friends all over the world that we thought we’d try something new. We’re inviting Twilight fans–and anyone else interested in Forks and the West End–to send us a photo of them wearing a souvenir item, such as a t-shirt, for example, .Just to be clear about this, the “West End” is basically the Forks, LaPush, Clallam Bay, Sekiu and Neah Bay areas of Washington State, USA.From time to time, we’ll put our favorite shots online as a blog post.Extra credit will be given for the most exotic or unusual locations involved. Not only will you be world-famous if we use your shot ;-) , but we’ll also send those selected a “promo pack” from Forks, with stickers, brochures, maps and other fun Forks/LaPush stuff.
